Delivery and Order Policy

1. Delivery

We deliver medicines only within India.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery is free for orders above 500 Rupees.

  • For selected cities, delivery will remain free regardless of the order amount. These cities will be displayed during checkout.

  • Nominal delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

3. Order by Email

To place an order via email:

  1. Prepare a list of all medicines you'd like to order.

  2. Attach the prescription.

  3. Email the list and prescription to davabharti23@gmail.com. Ensure you provide your full mailing address, including the pin code.

  4. Our team will contact you via phone or email to confirm availability and process your order. If prescription medicines are required, please scan and attach the prescription. Alternatively, you can upload a clear photograph if scanning is not possible.

  5. Once confirmed, our service partners will process and fulfill your order promptly.

4. Service Days and Time

  • You can place orders 24/7 through our website or app.

  • Orders are serviced 7 days a week. In case of any delays, our agent will inform you promptly.

5. What If I Am Not at Home During Delivery?

If you are not available at home during delivery, please nominate a neighbor or someone nearby to receive the order. Ensure they have the payable amount, if applicable.

6. If My Order Does Not Get Serviced

We strive to service all orders. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the cost as store credits to your Wallet Account.

7. Payment Options Available

  • Cash on Delivery (handed over to our service partner upon delivery)

8. How Can I Edit or Cancel My Order?

You can edit or cancel your order before it is shipped. To do so, please:

If you are ordering prescription medicines, ensure you have a valid prescription ready. You can upload it during the order placement or email it later with your order ID to davabharti23@gmail.com.

We ensure that all medicines are procured from certified pharmacists and regulated manufacturers. Some of our partners are reputed manufacturers themselves. Rest assured, all medicines delivered are genuine, high-quality, and well within their expiry date.

13. How Is My Order Processed?

  1. Upload the prescription.

  2. Pharmacist reviews and digitizes the prescription.

  3. Customer selects the required items, quantity, and payment method.

  4. Partner pharmacy delivers the order based on availability.

Note: The value displayed during order confirmation is approximate. You will receive the final invoice via email after order confirmation. For card or net banking payments, the exact payable amount will be shared after final invoicing.

14. How Will I Know the Availability of Medicines?

Price and stock of medicines fluctuate in real time. We are working with our partners to provide real-time updates on price and stock information.

15. Why Can't I Confirm My Order Immediately After Uploading the Prescription?

Pharmacists need to verify and digitize the prescription before the order can be confirmed.

16. Can I Buy Generic Substitutes?

Yes, you can purchase generic substitutes if the doctor has prescribed the generic name instead of a brand name.

17. Can I Track My Order?

Yes, you will receive updates at every stage of the process via SMS and email.

18. Why Do Medicine Prices Change?

Medicine prices can vary due to geographical location, batch numbers, regulations, and distributor pricing. The prices listed on our site serve as a guide to help you understand the approximate cost.
